A+ Organization’s founder, Cynthia Carstens, has a passion and gift for organizing spaces that
 stems from childhood. Growing up, she organized tree houses, underground forts, closets, classrooms and even Mom’s pantry! Throughout her adult life, friends have always counted on her whenever they needed things organized. Creating peace, tranquility, and simplicity in any space led her to a career as a Professional Organizer. Prior to working in the fabulous field of organization, she spent years organizing people and spaces in the health and education industries.

As a Professional Organizer, Cynthia is committed to A+ service. She keeps current with the latest techniques in the organization field. She teaches new skills to clients and works with them to clear and create a space that creates an atmosphere for peace, tranquility, and simplicity. The goal is to make life easier and add meaning and purpose to life.
